Adrienne Barr Chait, M.S.Ed is an Integration Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Doula and Mother of three. She is currently completing an MSW at Columbia University in the Advanced Clinical Program with a specialized interest in Psychedelic Therapy. In addition to her private practice, Adrienne serves as a Guide Lead and Trainer at Mindbloom and offers Holistic Doula support through Maven Clinic. She specializes in supporting clients as they integrate experiences of the mind and non-ordinary states of consciousness with present moment awareness of the body.

Adrienne has been working with families and guiding clients for over 20 years in New York, both as an independent consultant and as a provider for Maven Clinic, Mindbloom, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospitals, Bard High School Early College, Carriage House Birth and the Hypnobirthing Institute.

She values sharing evidence-based resources and collaborating with clinicians to help make integrative care more accessible for all. She believes in listening to the body's intuitive wisdom and employs a trauma-informed lens to offer opportunities for co-regulation, grounding and connection.

With a B.A. in Dance, her lifelong study of embodied spiritual practices informs her personal and professional work. Her private practice is based in Brooklyn, NY (Lenapehoking) where she lives with her family when they are not running wild toward the beach or the mountains.
